FAQ Short Term Rent Accomodation
We present in this section a series of questions which we have often received from our customers. If you have other questions, please contact us.
· Do we guarantee that the apartment will be reserved for free on the day of arrival?
We have to get used as a word that is set in stone in November to guarantee our seriousness and expect from you. A satisfied customer will return and send at least another client therefore we prefer this way of working.
In addition to the amount sent in advance in the booking will be issued tax bill that will scan and send by e-mail or by post.
· We are 5 people coming by train. How to we get to the apartment?
At the train arrival we will expect you in Central Station and eventually will run take you by car at the apartment.
· If we are coming by car at night how we find the apartment or how do we meet?
Regardless of time of arrival you will be expected in Down Town or at the entrance of the municipality of Cluj and will led you at the apartment.
· After making the booking we must send all the money in advance?
After setting all the details relating to the period of stay and accommodation rate you'll send an advance between 20 and 35% of the total amount in our company bank.
· How to calculate the rate of accommodation and time housing is and will be issued when the apartment?
The first day of accommodation starts at 13.00 (1 PM) and the last day of accommodation ends at 12.00.
· When do I pay?
Usually the payment is made at your arrival for the period reserved. Till now payment methods are: cash on arrival or by bank transfer in accounts opened.
· I have my privacy ensured?
We have only 2 meetings at your arrival when we will lead to the apartment that you rent, and when you will check-out. Any problems arising will be solved either by telephone or we'll come to your apartment.
· What will consume the entire duration of stay (water, electricity, gas, Internet access) is paid separately?
No, all utilities are included in the charge of accommodation.
· How long before you have to make a reservation?
Faster, usually older customers make reservations 4-6 weeks in advance or even more.
